Administration Manager
Malmö
We are looking for an administrative manager who is operational in his work and has the ability to lead the administration department in an accessible and approachable way. You need to be used to having many balls in the air and be able to prioritize tasks and be able to work in a structured way. The position as administrative manager entails responsibility for the financial follow-up work, coordination and transport analyzes linked to the business.
You are also the business' primary contact person for suppliers and IT-related issues.
Personnel responsibility is also included in the service for your work group which is linked to the administration. As an administrative manager, you are part of DinTransportPartner's management organization and have close cooperation with the company's management team. We therefore value personal qualities highly and in addition to being structured, you need to be independent, responsive and have an ability to see how the administrative parts can be supportive of the company as a whole.
In the assignment as administrative manager, you must:
Be a strategic support to the CEO and others in the management team when streamlining operations
Responsible for development and streamlining within the area of responsibility.
As the immediate manager of administrative personnel, responsible for management, personnel development and business development.
Run, develop and follow up the systematic work environment work within administration and service.
Responsible for external and internal communication
Scheduling.
Your skills and experience
You must have a college or university degree in economics or another relevant education.
As an administrative manager, you focus on costs, revenues and efficiency from a financial perspective.
You work towards goals and focus on results and are guided by goal and result thinking in priorities, planning and action. With good structure, you plan, organize and prioritize work efficiently and set and keep time frames.
At the same time, you look at the whole and take into account the larger perspective.
You understand your role but look out for the best interests of the entire business in your actions and decisions.
As a person, you are calm, attentive and accommodating in your treatment. With interest, willingness and ability to help others, you strive to deliver solutions. As a manager, you work well with other people and relate to them in a responsive and smooth manner.
With an ability to listen and communicate, you resolve conflicts in a constructive way.
It is advantageous if you have:
Managerial experience in an area relevant to the position.
Several years of experience in working with budgets and follow-up.
Experience regarding responsibility for operations
Very good knowledge of finance and budget work and IT. Very good knowledge of which administrative processes are required and how these are central to the management and control of an organization.
